NICE has been conducting marginalized group empowerment programmes with the support and cooperation of local governments (municipalities, rural municipalities and wards). It has been carrying out activities including capacity building of women, children and youth. Similarly, as per the vision of a beautiful city, it has been working on waste management and plantation.
